What Is Respiratory Health Coaching?

Do I need to be in shape to start your program?

No! In fact, out of shape people with COPD and other lung diseases are out of shape because barely moving causes shortness of breath. Learn how to breathe correctly through exercise and activities.  

Does your coaching include exercise?

ONLY if your Doctor has cleared you, and deemed that it is safe for you to exercise. 

Is your program hard?

No! Well…. the hardest part of my program is your commitment level. Are you interested in learning how to move and breathe better? Or COMMITTED to learning how to complete a task, from start to finish, without having to stop and catch your breath?

My Approach

I always like to meet patients ‘where they are’.  From there, let’s move through the things that will make a difference for you.  We will go at your pace. But, the more you are willing to do, the faster your results. I can’t fix you, I can only give you tools and tips that you will need to implement. From there, you will use these tools to work with your Doctor and healthcare team,  to breathe through your activities correctly, and gain strength and endurance over time.
